What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Where does CathyB ship to?

We ship nationally.

What is CathyB’s return policy?

CathyB’s top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Returns must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 14 days from the day the order was shipped.


To return by mail, please follow these instructions:

  1. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package. 
  2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
  3. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
  4. Take the parcel, together with the original, filled-in return form to the nearest post office.

Your returned products cannot be exchanged. Please return the product and place a new order online. You will be reimbursed for the returned products. 

    Do I need to sign for my CathyB package?

    No.

    What if my CathyB order is lost?

    If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue reach out to cathy@shopcathyb.com

    Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?

    Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at cathy@shopcathyb.com with any requests.

    How do I track my CathyB order once it is placed?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
